What we collect, why, and for how long
This website collects only what you send through its forms.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering what you ask, or the steps you ask us to take as a user of an app. Kept until the conversation is over and for 12 months after, in case you write again about the same thing. |
| Waiting list | Your email address and the app you chose, to write to you once when that app is released. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time. Deleted once that email is sent, or earlier if you ask. |
To keep bots out, pages with a form use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address) when you send the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the forms. It sets no tracking cookies.
We do not use your data for anything else: no advertising, no profiling, no automated decisions, and we never sell it.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores the waiting list, runs the spam check and measures visits without personal data.
- Resend delivers the messages you send through the forms to our mailbox.
- IONOS SE hosts our mailbox, where your messages are kept.
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers to them are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as each provider offers.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets one cookie, lang, and only when you choose a language with the language switch, to remember that choice. It holds nothing else, lasts a year and is not used to follow you, so it needs no consent. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without personal data, so it does not follow you across visits or websites.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent to the waiting list at any time. Write to info@zinfertech.com; we answer within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
